The Spec Review Team (SRT) will be formed and decide on the actual details that will be standard and those that will be optional at an extra charge.

Four Preliminary Home Models
We have created four preliminary home models because we want to offer a broad portfolio, but we could reduce down to three models depending on which models are popular with the Phase 2 Homebuyers.
